Andy’s research discusses the intersections of art, ethics, technology and culture and he has published broadly in areas of emerging technologies, particularly related to human enhancement. He has published over 150 academic articles in refereed journals, books, magazines, and national media press on the subjects of cyberculture, medicine, technology, and sport and is part of the European Commission project “Digital Futures 2050”. Andy is the Global Director for the Centre for Policy and Emerging Technologies, a Fellow of the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies, USA and a Fellow at FACT, the Foundation for Art and Creative Technology, UK.
