Olga’s role of Joint Mental Health Community Development Lead is with the two Clinical Commissioning Groups of Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern districts, and the local authority, Buckinghamshire County Council. Olga has a post graduate training in addiction psychology and extensive experience in mental health. She is passionate about delivering innovate projects that improves health and wellbeing to benefit people in diverse communities. Olga believes effective community engagement and successful working partnerships is key to delivering award winning projects such as the Traveller Wellbeing Initiative and Movers & Shakers health and wellbeing for older people.
