Sarah Bell is an Associate Research Fellow at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health, based at the University of Exeter Medical School. Sarah’s core research interests concern: (a) (b) how and why people seek out nature-based interactions to maintain a sense of wellbeing during their everyday lives; (b) processes of adaptation to oscillating experiences of (ill)-health through the life course in the context of changing socio-cultural and physical environments; and (c) the development of innovative qualitative methods in the social sciences.
