Willie Hamilton is a qualified to REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and holds speciality units in Sports Performance, General Fitness, Active Ageing, Core Stability and Group Cycling. He covers all areas of fitness training though specialises in running and triathlon. He has been participating in sport for over 40 years, and is still going strong and racing. He started in athletics when he was about 12 years old and has kept this going whilst playing football and squash to a very good level, as well as reaching black belt in karate. About 15 years ago he started participating in Triathlons, and has now completed all distances from sprint to IronMan, and also in adventure duathlons. He has coached men and women of all ages in squash, running, cycling and swimming. All these people have shown marked improvements in their chosen sport, their race times or just completing their goal.
